Alexandros

I am a teacher of Physical Education. My Master Science is in Sports Nutrition and I am PhD candidate in the University of Thessaly. I'm interested in running projects concerning Human Health, Outdoors, Nutrition, Environment or Culture. I focus on outdoor activities combining sport with life skills. I organize collaborations with other schools through activities, events or eTwinning projects. I, also, use ICT a lot in my teachings.
