Students listen to a dialogue that represents an everyday-life situation (e.g. a dialogue that takes place in a bank). Afterwards they get the transcript of the dialogue and a work sheet where they have to match nouns with fitting verbs. When finished, they make a dialogue with their partners based on a certain problem given by the teacher (e.g. the costumer has lost his/her cash card). In doing so, they use the newly learned vocabulary.
